Removed chain name property from HLT Menu JSON as it is duplicating the object key

This MR is the last stage of reformatting HLT JSON. Duplicated attribute, that is name in the chain object is removed. Tagging @mark FI @stelzer for implementation check @tamartin in case followups are needed in xADO metadata content update

BTW. A similar "fix" can be done for L1 already in this MR?
