Address path resolver issue in ATLASSIM-4672

Michael Duehrssen-Debling requested to merge mduehrss/athena:ATASSIM4672 into master

Path resolver is complaining in ATLASSIM-4672 about absolute path set in the python factory. Now this is removed and path resolver determines the path in the c++ part only.
