Configure combined sequences in HLT newJO
Configure combined sequences in newJO - merged filter, view, and reco sequences are created. Also, ComboHypo is created and configured.
Due to the possibility of many hypos in one sequence findInputMaker
and findHypoAlg
are replaced with functions that will find all the algorithms for the step, not just the first one.
