First pass to allow truth derivations from AOD

This is the first configuration changes needed to allow building truth derivations from an AOD, rather than only an EVNT file or HITS file. There are currently issues in the e/gamma configuration when attempting this, which will need a bit more work. This should not affect any jobs that already run, and will only allow easier debugging of those e/gamma issues by the appropriate experts.
