Temporarily bypass VMM charge measurement in MM digi

This MR temporarily bypasses the VMM charge simulation, since it was found that the VMM sim introduces a scale factor on the charge. In the medium time scale the simple RC model used for the VMM transfer function should be replaced by real shaper function. This MR also introduces some more histograms in the MM strip response.
