Adding UFO large-R jets to PHYSLITE

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:21.2-UFO-PHYSLITE into 21.2

This MR adds the new large-R jet collection (UFO + CSSK + SoftDrop) that will be supported for precision recommendations to PHYSLITE.

Furthermore a small typo implemented in DAOD_PHYS is being fixed.
