Remove dot from legacy topo algorithms

Removal of '.' from names of L1Topo legacy algorithms is a requirement from L1Calo. Topo algorithm names like "HT150-J20s5.ETA31" become "HT150-J20s5ETA31".

Marked as WIP as details still need to be discussed in ATR-20135

Also left to do is to remove '.' and '-' from new topo algorithm names.
