Changed print statements to allow master to run when producing IDTRKVALID samples

This was making the master branch fail when configuring Reco_tf to include the --outputDAOD_IDTRKVALIDFile flag.

This MR changes only the print statements to allow for py3 compatibility as well as two new copyright headers.
