Mcutils update to make it work with HepMC3

Andrii Verbytskyi requested to merge averbyts/athena:mcutils_update into master

MCUtils are used in Thena seldom, therefore one can just take the used functions and port them to HepM3. Reduces the amount of work for Andy.

In this MR:

  • functions that work for HepMC3 and HepMC2.
