cleanup code to handle list of hypos in the HLT menuSequence (and fix ATR-21963)

This is a planned cleanup of the CF/menu code. We already removed all cases of multiple Hypos in the MenuSequences, since this is option not in the design anymore. Now the obsolete code can be removed.
