Hi,

this MR fixes the Py:ComponentAccumulator ERROR This ComponentAccumulator was never merged! in the RecoConfiguration_optional-test (cf. ATLINFR-3709). I also followed @ssnyder's suggestion and I have put the print_stack into the ComponentAccumulator since with this feature, it is really straight forward to debug this error message in the future. I hope this is fine @wlampl?
