Reverting the temporary special reference for HLTtau and restoring default trigger references
In the last days of 2018 pp running, a special run was used as reference in the HLTtau. With this MR, the HLTtau references will be restored to the centrally managed trigger references, which is more useful for reprocessing checks during LS2.
