TrigEDMConfig: Increase truncation threshold for CostMonDS

The original choice of 1 MB truncation threshold was arbitrary and it seems we exceed this in some ART tests recently. As a stop-gap solution, increase the limit to 2 MB. This can be tuned for online data taking later.
