Enhance TDT feature retrieval by allowing regex matching

In order to allow exact matching, replace the approximate, default and impossible to turn off matching with more precise regex matching so that either exact, or approximate matches me used as the developer wishes

Removing review-pending as this is a WIP. Atlasbot should add again this flag once the WIP status is removed.

Currently has debug code in so we can see the results of the tests. If the tests are successful, the debug code will be removed before removing the WIP status.

Don't know what happened wit hthat last comment, I thought I had posted it when I submitted the merge request. I will rerun the CI tests.
