Update Bphys trigger monitoring configuration for Run-3 chains validation (ATR-21810)

Use chain names with _L1* suffixes even for legacy triggers, as they are supposed to be added like that to Physics_pp_v7_primaries menu. Adjust the m(mumu) histogram ranges to cover all dimuon topologies.
