Fix ATR-22058

  • Move writehandle record above to capture correctly element links

This is not the final fix as still there seems to be problems with the tau tracks element links in the test trigP1_v1PhysP1_T0Mon_grid, but with this MR at least the error message makes more sense and seems to point to an underlying problem with the address remapping service, since the CLIDs of the linked classes should be the correct one.
