Externals Update, 21.2 branch (2020.09.21.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-1.0.69. Which provides one update wrt. atlasexternals-1.0.68 (atlasexternals@1.0.68...1.0.69), a custom Findnlohmann_json.cmake module as part of AtlasLCG.

This is necessary to fix the issue described in ATLINFR-3735. (The LCG jsonmcpp package not being installed with AthAnalysis. Which is now necessary, as AthAnalysisExternals no longer provides the nlohmann_json package itself.)
