CaloExtensionAlg :

  • Make independent of Tracking selection tool (after discusion with tracking CP conveners),
  • make re-entrant (in principle all the tools it call up to a few level down are marked ATLAS_THREAD_SAFE)
  • do extensions for all tracks , bar TRT-alone
