Changing the Run-3 b-jet trigger chain names according to the new convention, see MR 36297

A new naming convention has been introduced recently for the Run-3 trigger chain names, see MR 36297, so the monitoring code had to be updated correspondingly. It is done in this MR and has been checked that it works correctly in the most recent CI-test.
