Patch for isMC flag in Higg derivation

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_OverlayPatch into 21.2

The migration to has truth and is data overlay flags missed one derivation, HIGG8D1. This is a quick patch to get that derivation running again.
