Configure hypo for calo iso

Fernando Monticelli requested to merge fernando/athena:ConfigureHypoForCaloIso into master

This MR is to follow on ATR-20756 implementing a cut on Calorimeter isolation variables for isolated photon chains. It includes:

  • update configuration of the PReicisionPhotonHypo
  • Added few variables to monitor (will need to add more in future)
  • Added required icalo[whatever] chainparts in SignatureDicts
  • Also fixed the way to define chainsteps in PhotonDef as done in ElectonDef : from defining the sequence to defining the name of steps and then use self.getattr(thename)
