Protect against Latome ROB fragments in bytestream

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LatomeSourceId into master

This MR is needed to protect LAr bytestream conversion from problems if LAtome data are present in input. This would be needed for M4, therefore marking urgent.
