Adding missing unique electron track iso chains in menu

I miss something important:

in previous MR on ATR-20756 I Forgot to add other flavors of track isolated chains in LS2_v1. This MR is to add:

  • HLT_e26_lhtight_ivarmedium_L1EM22VHI
  • HLT_e26_lhtight_ivartight_L1EM22VHI

With this we have in the menu an e/gamma chain for each unique track isolation (and calo isolation) working point.

Updated references and ART tests run successfully locally.
