Calorimeter: cmake cleanup

Cleanup cmake configuration of Calorimeter packages:

• remove atlas_depends_on_subdirs
• update link dependencies
• remove unused externals
• remove installation of headers if they are not used outside the package

This merge request affects 30 packages. Since this is a long list, I will not print it here.
