Remove HGTD from part field in Run 2 dictionary

Thanks a lot for these changes (also the one from !36975 (merged)) - of course in retrospect, I see now how these simple tweaks were enough to make the CI happy and could have been included in !36090 (merged) all along...

I guess this means that those developments can stay merged now as well!

I think this should go in.

Since this seems generally agreed on, I will do an 'expedited merge' in this case so that we can get the tests back running.
