Add new ART test for the FlowElement configuration

Dear Experts

This change is to add a new ART test for a reco configuration including new EDM objects (FlowElements).

This merge request is just shell script changes and python job option configurations for this test only and does not affect any other algorithms/configurations.

This MR will also include an additional macro to print the AOD output for the flow elements (maybe even as a separate test), but want to check this works first.
