Update reference files to reflect removal of HGTD from LAr identifier code

This MR updates a host of reference files corresponding to unit tests which broke after HGTD was removed from the LAr identifier code in !35563 (merged) and !37190 (merged).

This should resolve https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASSIM-4920 as well as most (maybe all?) of the current unit test failures in the 21.9 nightlies.
