IDPVM: VertexTruthMatching backporting from master branch

Main changes:

  1. VertexTruthMatching plots are added. The description of new plots can be found here: InnerDetector/InDetValidation/InDetPhysValMonitoring/share/inDetPhysValMonitoringPlotDefinitions.hdef
  2. Update InDetTruthVertexValidation that VertexTruthMatching is dependent on
  3. Update vx_n_vs_mu
