Introduce boolean for deltaPt term
This MR adds a boolean to JetCalibTools via the config files to switch off the deltaPt term in the 3D residual PU correction.
I've also modified the smart slimming list for UFO CS+SK Soft Drop jets to add the new variables used for the DNN top tagger.
