Additional options to configure a WP for continuous b-tagging in SUSYTools to return correct b-tag SFs

This MR adds the possibility to configure a WP for continuous b-tagging, such that correct b-tagging SFs are returned when using continuous b-tagging and SUSYTools.

The current configuration requires additional post-processing (applied independently from SUSYTools) if using continuous b-tagging and then deciding upon the relevant WPs (or returned "bins" corresponding to WPs) from the b-tagging tools, to retrieve the correct b-tagging SFs.

The changes allow for a continuous b-tagging WP (corresponding to the associated "bins" in the continuous b-tagging scheme) to be set in SUSYTools, such that the correct SFs are returned without any post-processing.

The original functionality (not selecting a WP) is configured by default.

Additionally everything is also configured such that this can be done for track-b-jets too.
