Make TRT_ElectronPidTools EventContext aware

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:TRTPID_Electron_EventContextAware into master

Pass EventContext to the TRT_ElectronPidTool as arguement . So it can be passed by the alg and not looked up per object.
