Rename digi joboption for MM

Patrick Scholer requested to merge pscholer/athena:rename_digi_joboption into 21.3

The digitization tool of the Micromegas was referred to as MmDigitizationTool in the 21.3 job options and as MM_DigitizationTool in master this MR adapts the convention from master also to 21.3
