Adding train variables to all derivations for Bcid correction in precision jet recommendations

For the precision recommendations it is envisioned that we will have a correction that relies on the distance from the front of the train. This merge request makes these variables be added to EventInfo when JetCommon is imported. Secondly the explicit requests for this to be added to several derivations are removed as these are no longer required. Cheers, Chris.
