BPHY8 update for full run 2 production

Wolfgang Walkowiak requested to merge wwalko/athena:21.2-BPHY8-newMCDSIDs-202012-1 into 21.2

This update of BPHY8 contains:

  • Addition of DS-IDs for new MC16a/d/e samples used in the full run 2 B(s)mumu analysis.
  • Reduction of the combinations of isolation and close track related variables (improves execution time and reduces disk footprint of BPHY8 after validation of options).

We will need a new derivation cache once this is merged and the BPHY8 ART tests will be fine.

Note to reviewers: BPHY8.py will be flagged as a large file by the robot. This is due to BPHY8.py containing valuable comments which increase the overall size of the file. Please ignore the warning.
