Modify IDPVM efficiency histo ranges, add extra histograms

This MR updates the efficiency histograms of InDetPhysValMonitoring a bit in order to make their ranges more useful for day-to-day validation. For efficiencies binned in pT, we add a high-pt version extending to the TeV range, and we also split the efficiency versus production R/Z into versions with low and wide range. @sroe @npetters @vcairo
