Externals Update, master branch (2021.01.05.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.94. The list of changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.93 is the following (atlasexternals@2.0.93...2.0.94):

  • Fixes for GCC 11 in CheckerGccPlugins (pinging @ssnyder);
  • Updated the version of histgrinder to 0.1.3, for ATLASDQ-829 (pinging @ponyisi);
  • Updated the yampl package to build the external out of a tarball, and not GitHub. This is needed to fix the issue discussed in ATLINFR-3911 and (for instance) !39255 (comment 4055139).
  • Fixed the cpack_install.sh.in script to correctly remove .dbg files from -opt packages. Which is the bug behind ATLINFR-3913.

As you can see, a bunch of things are supposed to get fixed. Note that I'll attempt a build without full-build at first, since none of these changes should require a full build. But I guess we'll see how that turns out... 😛
