Sherpa_i: One more CentOS7 update and moving of documentation

@mgignac noticed that there is one more remainder of the slc6 era in Sherpa_i, which is fixed in this MR.

Additionally I have started moving documentation into README.md for the technical parts of how to use the interface to generate events.
