tauRecTools: rename CombinedP4FromRecoTaus to TauCombinedTES

Hello,

This MR is simply renaming CombinedP4FromRecoTaus to TauCombinedTES, as the former is not very harmonious and does not follow the tauRecTools tool naming convention. It does not change the reconstruction output.
