Cherry picking !27086 in 21.0 mc16d (ATLPHYSVAL-705)

For ATLPHYSVAL-705, cherry-picked !27086 (merged), which removes unneeded "ERROR" words in "INFO" level messages. As Trigger/TriggerCommon/TriggerMenu/python/menu/Physics_pp_v7_primaries.py is only in the commit for !27086 (merged), but not in the 21.0-mc16d, the file is not added to the 21.0-mc16d to minimize the modification.
