Remove Run 2 TrigmuRoi and mgonly trigger code

Removing the Run 2 version of the TrigmuRoi code including configuration and monitoring, and removing the Run 2 mgonly triggers (the only place that uses this code) since they are only included in the MC menus that are not used in master. ATR-22601.
