AnalysisTop updates for boosted tagging + a general fix for the tagging tools

This MR has 3 commits:

  • A general fix to the tagging tools - they were missing initializization of some of the handles + TF1 initialization
  • A commit to move WARNINGS->VERBOSE since now the decoration is done on the whole container, so there will always be jets that do no pass the kinemtic cuts
  • Changes to AnalysisTop code to enable the tagging + interface changes
