GeoModel Updates in DetectorDescription, master branch (2021.01.26.)

Updated all DetectorDescription/ packages to use FindGeoModel.cmake. Which was introduced to serve the new GeoModel uni-project, which was introduced into our build with !39900 (merged).

Plus made a bunch of cleanup in the configurations along the way. As some of the package configurations were in dire need of it.

@rbianchi, these are the sort of updates that I was talking about in !39900 (merged) and atlasexternals!804 (merged). This is just a small taste of all the changes that we should still add to migrate all packages to FindGeoModel.cmake. Note that this will conflict with some of your changes in !36896 (closed). Which I think is becoming obsolete to be honest...
