Update ref_RDOtoRDOTrig_v1Dev_build.ref

Not 100% sure but I see failures in few CIs and not sure the changes to the failing MRs relate.

So try to update the ref and see if this succeeds. If yes I guess it would mean the ref got a bit out of sync in the last few hours.
