Add B Hadron Plots to IDPVM

Make and fill plots for tracks matched to B hadron decay products.

• A flag doTruthOriginPlots is added to turn off/on the changes (default is off). Please note currently plots are booked even with the flag unset.
• B track definition comes from the InDetTrackTruthOriginTool (a small change was maade to the tool to make the isFrom method public.
