WIP: Fix DID-type output style from rucio

Magnar Kopangen Bugge requested to merge mkbugge/athena:21.2-rucioOutputDIDTypeFix into 21.2

This MR accomodates the new output style in rucio, where the DID types CONTAINER and DATASET are listed as DIDType.CONTAINER and DIDType.DATASET.

This was apparently a temporary bug in rucio. Adding WIP until it's decided what to do...
