Adds track eProbabilityHT, additional tau jets information and TauTracks container

Updates the HDBS2 derivation to keep the following:

  1. track eProbabilityHT in InDetTrackParticles container - used in Zee background rejection for W->pi+gamma analysis.
  2. in TauJets container: jetLink, ptIntermediateAxis, ptDetectorAxis, dRmax, etOverPtLeadTrk, caloIso, isolFrac, centFrac, innerTrkAvgDist, ipSigLeadTrk, SumPtTrkFrac, trFlightPathSig, EMPOverTrkSysP, mEflowApprox, ptRatioEflowApprox, ptJetSeed - used in W->rho+gamma analysis where the rho is reconstructed as a tau.

These changes are made in the DerivationFrameworkHDBS/python/HDBS2ExtraContent.py file. The additions increase the event size by 0.5%.
