AT: Temporarily disable isolation correction for e/gamma.

Currently the IsolationCorrectionTool for e/gamma is not yet fully ported to release 22. This combined with possible changes needed in DAOD_PHYS content (related to topoetcone variables) causes AnalysisTop to crash with electrons and photons. This MR temporarily disables the correction tool to enable further porting and testing of other features.

NOTE for shifters: I realize, this MR introduces commented-out code, however it will be re-adjusted back when the porting above is completed...it serves as a reminder for AT developers as well :)
