Separate options for egamma pileup and SC leakage corrections

Following the IFF recommendations (here), the supercluster-based egamma leakage corrections should not yet be applied as the default (using the average leakage-corr. instead, which is already applied at derivation-level). On the other hand, the new pileup-corrections are supposed to be used and applied at analysis-level.
Therefore we need to separate options in the TopConfigurationSetting for the application of the egamma pileup and the supercluster-based leakage corrections. With the pileup-option be set to True and the SC leakage set to False by default. This will be done in this MR.
