Test chains for JVT and HH4b

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-HLTJet-4b_JVT_chains into master

Added a few chains for comparison:

  • 6j chains with ET thresholds at 25,35,45 -- both EMTopo and PFlow variants with multiple JVT thresholds
  • HH4b 4-jet asymmetric thresholds (no b-tagging) in both EMTopo and PFlow variants with/without JVT based on L1JET and L1MU seeds

These are potential primaries for allhad ttbar, SUSY and 4b. Support chains and b-tagging parts still need to be considered.
