Customize auto-flush for DAOD-PHYS to 1000 events, rather than 20MB of data for consistency.

This MR will customize auto-flush for DAOD-PHYS to 1000 events, rather than 20MB of data. That way, all jobs will produce files that have a cluster size of 1000 events, whereas with the regular 20MB setting, the actual event flush depends on the size of the first events and would differ among files. For DOAD-PHYS 20MB leads to around 850 events.
